Who is going to read and edit my document?

Your documents are going to be edited and proofread by language experts who are native speakers and have experience in a variety of academic and professional niches.

How is my document going to be edited and proofread?

Your document will be improved in terms of style, structure, coherence and clarity. In addition, we will proofread your document to ensure that there are no grammar, spelling, punctuation and typography errors.

Our editors are going to take your formatting requirements into consideration and we will check your references for guideline conformity such as the APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, IEEE, OSCOLA and MHRA styles (or any other guidelines that you might wish to conform to).

Any changes on your document will be made using Microsoft Word's Track Changes feature, which means that you will be able to accept or reject each modification on your document.

Can you do referencing for my academic text?

Yes. Our editors are experts in referencing, experienced in using several referencing guidelines such as the APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, IEEE, OSCOLA and MHRA styles. We will make sure your references are formatted according to your chosen guideline.

Could you write a text for me? Can you research and add new content?

No, our field of work is limited with proofreading and editing.

Can you rewrite or paraphrase my document?

No, we cannot rewrite or paraphrase your document.

At TrustedPen, we believe that our addition of content would break the authenticity and originality of your text. Therefore, we refrain from making big changes to your document.

Does my university let students use your service?

Everyone likes a well-edited document and most professors indeed encourage students to use editing and proofreading services. It is never a bad idea to have a second opinion from a professional editor.

The edited text has red marks, comments and highlights. What are these, and how do I remove them?

Your text has been edited using Microsoft Word's Track Changes function. With the help of this function, you can follow all the changes made to your document, so that you can accept or reject our suggestions.

The "tracked version" of your document shows all changes that have been made in the text, as well as comments and feedback from our editors.

If you want to remove the editing marks: All modified text has been underlined by MS Word. Additions made by our editors as well as erased words are red in colour. Comments are displayed in pink balloons, linked to the text by pink highlights.

How does your service work?

Very easy! To begin, click on View Pricing and Order Now:

1. Click "Upload Document" and select the text to be edited and proofread.

2. You will get options for price quote and turnaround time. Select one of them.

3. Enter your name, address, e-mail address and details for editing (UK/US English, referencing style, plagiarism check etc.) and any additional comments.

4. Click on "Complete your payment" to proceed to PayPal and complete your payment.

That's it! Your order will be processed and your edited document will be sent to your e-mail address at your given deadline.

How will you return my text back?

Your text will be edited in time by our experts and will be delivered to your email address just in time.

What formats do you accept?

Following formats are accepted:

- .docx and .doc (MS Word)
- .odt (Open Document Text files)
- .txt (TXT file)

We also accept .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) or image files – please Contact Us for this option.

How can I cancel my order?

Please use the contact form. Your order will be cancelled immediately, and you will receive a full refund of the payment amount if you cancel within 30 minutes of ordering.

Your order will immediately be put into progress, so we unfortunately cannot proceed with your refund request after 30 minutes of ordering.

I uploaded the wrong document! How can I correct it?

- If you cancel in 30 minutes after ordering, we will replace your document for no extra charge.
- If you cancel in 24 hours after ordering, we offer a 50% refund.
- If you want to cancel after 24 hours of ordering, we unfortunately have to decline your request. However, we would be glad to finish the editing of your document, if asked for.

How fast do you finish editing my text?

Your text will be finished exactly at the deadline offered to you in the ordering process. Most texts are processed after 24 hours of submission.

What days of the week do you operate? Do you accept submissions on weekends?

Yes, TrustedPen accepts texts 24 hours / 7 days, including the weekends.

How much does your service cost?

Prices are based on the length of your text. Please submit your document here to get a quote.

How do I complete the payment?

You will be forwarded to PayPal to complete your payment with credit card, debit card or PayPal credit.

Are you going to keep my text at discretion?

Your text will be uploaded with 256-bit SSL encryption and will be kept absolutely confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.

Can I pay without using PayPal?

If I am not satisfied, how can I request a revision?

In the seldom occurrance of dissatisfaction on your side, please contact support@trustedpen.com for a free revision of your document.

Please mention your order date, your name and e-mail address, as well as your feedback about the job done. Make sure you clearly specify what is unsatisfactory, so that we can provide you with what you deserve: good service.

Revisions must be requested within 15 calendar days of receiving the edited text. Please see our Terms And Conditions.
